'CANADIAN NATIONAL POND HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIPS' 2013
Our latest project: Canadian Pond Hockey Chamionships
Recently we were able to convince the organizers of the Canadian Pond Hockey Championships to make the Haliburton Highlands their new
home starting January 2013. The reasons for our involvement are simple - this tournament has the potential economic impact of around $750,000 per year and it can go a long way to helping area businesses and they people that depend on them for jobs.
Opportunities like this don't come every day. While it will always be in our mandate to help Food Banks, a much more effective approach is
to do what you can to keep people out of them. Supporting local tourism and businesses is one of those ways.
Join us this January 25-27 and February 1-3 as we host teams from all over North America. Let's show them what makes us who we are.
